Complaint about iPhone.

The iPhone I bought on March 9 from your authorized dealer in Hung Hom has proved defective after only one week of use.

The speaker of (m...) iPhone does not seem to be working properly. Even at full volume, I cannot hear clearly about (w....) others say on the phone. I have used Apple products for long time and have always been satisfied with the quality. This is why I was quite surprised when i detected the quality problem.

Since the iPhone i bought was not satisfactory, I really hope you will offer me a replacement.

We agree that you should expect the iphone sold by us to function perfectly and we make every effort to ensure that our product quality is up to your expectation.

After receiving your phone, we investigated the quality problem. Usually, our staff would fully inspect the function of the phone before it is sold. At this time, it was not checked because one of our employees was negligent. Afterward, we will send the employee for training to make sure such incident will not happen again.

I have instructed our customer service department to send you a new iphone this week. They will telephone you to arrange a suitable time to deliver the phone.

We appreciate your patronage of our store and we want every transaction to be satisfactory. To show our goodwill, we are enclosing with this letter a $100 coupon that you can use with your next purchase from us.

We agree that you should expect iPhone sold by us is high quality and long lasting. At all times, we aspire to make every effort to ensure that our customers leave our store satisfied.
Our inspection shows that the fault is due to the quality of the material used. Therefore, we feel we cannot make the adjustment you request. We regret we cannot accept the iPhone for replacement. But we will help to repair the speaker and return it to you within three days after maintenance. To show our goodwill, we are enclosing with this letter a $300 coupon that you can use with your next purchase from us.
